One of the significant benefits of hiring a meditation coach is the support and encouragement you receive. Through guided meditation practices and positive feedback, a meditation coach can help you achieve more profound relaxation and improved results from the sessions.
Build a stronger connection between your mind, body, and spirit
Meditation coaches work hard to encourage you to stick with your meditation practice. Regular meditation can be a difficult lifestyle habit to commit to, so finding a meditation coach like Brittany, who is able to provide inspiration and encouragement to continue your practice is a very important benefit.
Hiring a Meditation Coach is not a luxury, it's important self care that most people don't think about.
Meditation videos and apps are great but you miss out on the personal benefits of an actual person. Someone to ask questions to, someone to talk to and someone to guide you in the right direction.

for Kids (5-11)
Mindfulness provides children with simple,
practical tools to work directly with their nervous systems, helping them regulate emotional states and focus attention.
When children practice focusing skills, they become aware of what their minds are really up to. Mindfulness practice helps children deal with tough emotions and even improves impulse control. It replaces impulsive reactions with thoughtful responses. Without mindfulness we tend to be reactive, whereas with mindfulness we can respond in a balanced, rational way.
Mindfulness is the intentional, accepting and non-judgmental focus of one's attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment.

I decided to begin mediation classes with Brittany to improve my stress management. Attending Brittany’s classes weekly has helped me solidify my understanding of mindfulness and its importance in my daily life, and I have improved in my ability to take things in stride and appreciate the present moment. I now meditate multiple times a week and cannot imagine my life without meditation. Brittany has a calming presence and relaxing voice and I highly recommend attending her class.
Brittany is amazing! I hadn't practiced meditation for over 10 years and now I have been taking Brittany's class for almost a year once a week and I love it. I am much more focused, relaxed and living in the present moment. Her technique, friendly attitude and soothing voice make it easy to participate. She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Brittany is very hands-on, engaging, and empathetic. As someone new to meditation, she took the time listen to me and access the best techniques for my needs. She's easy to talk to and makes it easy to feel comfortable. The breathing techniques she taught me helped significantly with my anxiety. I would highly recommend her services!
